Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-first telco for the future, seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure/Platform Engineer. You will design and implement enterprise network architectures for on-premises and hybrid cloud, integrating partner applications and APIs across systems.

Key focus areas include secure connectivity between data centres, public cloud, Kubernetes clusters, and enterprise apps, plus IP planning, troubleshooting, and documentation to support mission-critical operations globally.

Qualifications

• Degree required in computer science or a related field.
• 5–10 years in network or platform engineering.
• Experience with mission-critical enterprise networks.
• API-based integration experience.
• Experience applying AI tools for production-grade apps.
• CCNA or equivalent certification.
• Experience in AI training and GPU infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage enterprise network architectures for on-premises and hybrid cloud environments and integration architectures with partners/vendors.
• Manage the integration of 3rd party applications by working directly with the applications providers to ensure the integration interfaces, specifications and requirements are aligned externally and internally within relevant stakeholder groups and supporting systems.
• Configure and manage Layer 2 / Layer 3 networks, VLANs, VRFs, Routing (BGP, OSPF, Static Routing), NAT, Firewall Policies, VPN, Load Balancers.
• Design secure connectivity between: Data Centres, Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes clusters, Enterprise applications.
• Plan IP addressing strategy and network segmentation.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Maintain network documentation and topology diagrams.
• System Integration, SAML/SSO Integration, Architecture of software components, monitoring of microservices and API gateway platform, Cyber security review and application monitoring.

• Experience in using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex to develop production grade applications.
• Possess CCNA or equivalent.
• Experience in AI training and GPU infrastructure setup.
