Job description

Job Title: ECM Solutions Consultant / Analyst
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate Needs into System Design
    Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs, and convert them into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for ECM and related solutions.
  • Configure and Implement ECM Solutions
    Deliver and support the deployment of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Records Management, and Workflow Automation solutions (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms), ensuring scalability, compliance, and usability.
  • Project and Technical Collaboration
    Coordinate with project teams and internal developers to execute implementation plans, manage integration points, and troubleshoot system issues with speed and clarity.
  • User Enablement & Change Support
    Conduct user training, onboarding, and adoption workshops for both new rollouts and enhancements of existing systems. Ensure users are confident, compliant, and productive in the system.
  • Support and Reporting
    Provide post-deployment technical support, manage escalations, and help consolidate system usage reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
  • Qualifications & Experience
    Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related field
    MCSA, Microsoft 365, or OpenText certifications are advantageous
    Prior exposure to ECM, DMS, or workflow platforms is preferred
  • Technical Skills
    Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, or .NET
    Understanding of system scripting, API integration, and document lifecycles
    Familiarity with modern IT ecosystems such as Microsoft 365 or cloud environments
