The role

As a System Engineer at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.', you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining complex computer network systems. Based in Lavender Central Region, this full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's Information & Communication Technology infrastructure and providing reliable and efficient system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and implementing network architectures to meet business requirements
• Configuring, testing and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches and firewalls
• Monitoring network performance and identifying areas for improvement
• Providing technical support and training to end-users
• Documenting system configurations and maintenance procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
• Staying up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a System Engineer or in a similar role
• Proficient in network technologies such as TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs and firewalls
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA) are highly desirable
