Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunications, IT, or Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, virtualization, MySQL/MariaDB, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Basic programming/scripting skills in any language.
• Collaborative spirit, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Fresh grads with strong results and a hungry-to-learn attitude are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Roll up your sleeves and deliver technical support and installation for servers, network switches, NAS, and virtualization tech (VMWare/RedHat KVM).
• Own system administration, backups/recovery, performance tuning, and fault management.
• Keep operations running smoothly through routine maintenance and proactive improvements.
• Build automation scripts to supercharge operational efficiency.
• Create clear and useful project materials (UAT docs, system overviews, reports).
• Participate in a rotating schedule for 24/7 technical phone support.
• Provide solid L2 troubleshooting — on-site or remote — to keep systems healthy.
