Brief Job Description:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to provide maintenance and operation support for Data Center infrastructure. The role involves assessing and implementing Service Requests (SR) / Change Requests (CR) within stipulated SLAs, supporting documentation, and ensuring the integrity and availability of hardware, servers, and key processes.

The engineer will support and verify system software, assist in problem resolution, and work with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Additionally, they will monitor security vulnerabilities, obtain updates and patches, and ensure timely implementation after customer approval.

This position requires proactive management of data center systems, troubleshooting skills, and coordination with various stakeholders to maintain system uptime and security.
