Job summary

ST Engineering Jurong East invites a System Engineer to join our Advanced Networks & Sensors team. You will be involved in system engineering, integration, qualification and testing of prototypes at customer premises.

Working with the Project Manager and Technical Lead, you will contribute to the design, build, installation, and documentation, ensuring successful commissioning and delivery. Candidates should be able to operate across sites in Singapore and adapt to field conditions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Systems Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Willing to work outdoors some of the time and at different sites (in Singapore), or after office hours if needed.
• Good knowledge in at least one area of RF/ microwave, electrical systems, AI/ML.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication finesse.
• Proactive problem‑solving prowess.
• Independent learner and a team player.
• Singaporean only

Responsibilities

• Involved in the complete Project cycle from design, development, integration, testing to delivery.
• Acquire know‑how on the System assembly and disassembly, operation, integration & testing and troubleshooting processes.
• Perform System Installation, Checkout, Integration & Testing tasks leading to the successful commissioning and delivery of the System.
• Generate the required documentation – System Design & Build documents, wiring lists and diagrams, interface control documents, technical manuals, Acceptance Test Plans and Procedures and test reports.
