Job Description

  • Provide support and ensure the stability for POS, Network and Systems

  • Provide 1st Level troubleshooting for IT hardware and operational systems

  • Manage and ensure effectiveness of Windows and Linux servers

  • Ensure servers are up to date with security patches

  • Maintaining and upgrading existing infrastructure as required

  • Provide guidance and advice to colleagues to maintain best practices for the systems and technologies usage in the company

  • Provide adequate monitoring and execution of patch management activity

  • Participate in the planning and implementation of systems and technologies for future business needs

  • Manage and promote active relationships with key vendors and partners

  • Collaborate with vendors, project Leads and users to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent

  • Keep accurate and updated records of IT assets, purchases and leases

Job Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or relevant field

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience

  • Meticulous and requires minimum supervision

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Self-driven and proactive

  • L1 network knowledge

  • Cloud experience will be an advantage

  • ITIL Foundation will be an advantage
