Job summary

A local firm is looking for a CAD Drafter to assist engineers in the development of detail drawings and layouts for Fire Protection and Alarm systems. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining coordination with the project team. Ideal candidates should have relevant certifications and some experience in construction-related drafting tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years drafting experience.
• Some relevant experience in construction/Fire Alarm drawings.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Using CAD to provide support by detail drawings.
• Prepare complete and accurate working plans for Fire Protection/Alarms Systems.
• Maintain drawing records and report.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Using CAD to provide support to the Engineers by detail drawing , sketches , layout etc.
• Prepare complete , clear and accurate working plans and detail drawings for Fire Protection/ Alarms Systems by CAD system.
• Ensure drawings are accordingly to the site requirements.
• Keep track and updates drawing of all the site modification if needed.
• Liase with HOD on the changes of the drawings and preparation for project installation.
• Prepare drawing and calaculation for submission.
• Maintain drawing records and report.
• To attend site meeting discussion.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Auto/CAD / Revit.
• Nitec or Autodesk Revit or 3D Autocad Certificate.
• Some relevant experience in the Construction / Fire Alarm drawings.
• Attention to details.
• Result-driven, self motivated, positive working attitude and able to work independently.
• A good team player and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
• 1 - 2 years drafting experience.
