What you'll do:

• Set architecture strategy across global Rates & FX systems
• Lead system design for performance, integration, and reliability
• Align tech delivery with evolving business and product goals
• Enable DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native best practices

What we're looking for:

• 5 years and above s trong hands-on system architecture or enterprise architecture experience (C#, Java, C++ or similar OO stack) in trading/ banking/ financial services/ broker/ liquidity provider etc. industry.
• Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Good understanding of capital markets , such as Rates, FX, or Fixed Income etc.
• Agile/SAFe leadership across multi-team environments

You'll define technical vision, drive DevOps and Agile delivery, and architect scalable, secure, cloud-native systems powering high-volume trading environments.
