Job description

What the role is:

As a System Analyst/ Senior System Analyst in Human Resources (HR) Digital Office, HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will combine system operations expertise with service design capabilities to optimise HR system operations processes and ensure operational readiness. You will analyse business needs, implement enhancements, and provide technical advice while collaborating with HR stakeholders to ensure systems align with organisational business processes.

What you will be working on:

• Analyse and enhance system functionality through continuous evaluation and improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for process optimisation• Partner with HR stakeholders to develop user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities that can be addressed through streamlining processes or system enhancements• Lead troubleshooting efforts and solution development, including system enhancement testing and data analysis to provide insights for issue resolution, as well as managing end-to-end service recovery exercises• Collaborate with MOE's HR and digital innovation teams to implement technology solutions to enhance service recovery processes

What we are looking for:

• Background in Human Resources, Business Management/ Administration, preferably with a minor in Information Technology/ Systems• Good understanding of HR processes and experience in HR operations• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent communication skills• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management abilities• Proficiency in HR and Payroll systems and related software (e.g. SAP), and/ or experience in public sector or large-scale system operations, service design, UX research, or system simplification would be an advantageIn general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
