You'll be the go-to expert for application support, project coordination and vendor management. You'll tackle application issues head-on, coordinate exciting projects, and ensure Retail Applications and POS Run smoothly.

• POS Rollout Project Participation: Implement Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Project Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ad-Hoc Application Support: Provide timely and effective support for application-related issues.
• Application Projects: Lead small-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Retail Application & POS Expert: Be the primary point of contact for application support, project coordination, and vendor management related to retail systems.
• POS Rollout Projects: Support the implementation and deployment of new Point-of-Sale (POS) systems across retail outlets.
• Project Coordination: Drive clear communication and collaboration between internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Application Support: Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting and resolution for ad-hoc issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Project: Take ownership of smaller application projects from planning through to execution, ensuring alignment with quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in application support, vendor coordination, and cross-functional project management.
• Familiarity with retail or consumer-facing applications, especially Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, is strongly preferred.
