As a System Analyst (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Analyse and define system requirements by identifying and resolving technical issues; design, test, and implement appropriate solutions and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand application-related challenges, and assess existing procedures and workflows.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for system users.
  • Develop and recommend workflow solutions by evaluating and comparing alternative approaches.
  • Ensure effective implementation by defining specifications and coordinating with programmers during the production phase.
  • Conduct system testing to validate functionality and ensure accuracy of solutions.
  • Support system operations by training end-users and providing ongoing technical assistance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation to serve as a reference for system functionalities and processes.
  • Contribute to the achievement of departmental and organizational goals by delivering assigned tasks and outcomes.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate efficient issue resolution and ensure smooth system performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT system development, integration, implementation, and/or support and maintenance.
  • Experience in IT or database administration is an advantage. Proficiency in GUI front-end development, SQL, or other equivalent database tools is preferred.
