What the role is:

As a Systems Analyst, you will be part of HDB’s IT Group to drive digital transformation. You will work within an application development team that leverages innovation and technology to enable business excellence. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various stakeholders in HDB to manage, design, and develop systems supporting HDB’s diverse business domains.

What you will be working on:

- Understand HDB’s business processes and work with users to design and develop end-to-end solutions.
- Provide advice and assistance to business users in the effective use of application systems and information technology.
- Manage the development of application systems, ensuring projects are completed within budget and schedule.
- Design quality and functional solutions to ensure a good user experience.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in the production environment.
- Collaborate with technical, solution, and information architects to ensure developed applications are robust and aligned with Enterprise Architecture.
- Produce technical documentation for application systems.
- Have a keen interest in IT, programming, and system design.
- Possess a good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, with hands-on experience with SAP (SAP S/4HANA, ECC) or other ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., Financial Accounting, Material Management, Human Resources) to improve business processes.
- Experience in SAP project management or similar roles.
- Experience in SAP system configuration, implementation, and support.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies.
- Good attitude, driven, and motivated.
- Team player; we work together as a team.
- Autonomous and takes ownership.
- SAP certifications in relevant modules are a plus.
- Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract initially, with potential for permanent employment based on performance.
