Job description

What the role is:

As a Systems Analyst, you are part of HDB’s IT Group to drive digital transformation. You will be part of an application development team that leverages innovation and technology to enable business excellence. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders in HDB to manage, design, and develop systems that support HDB’s diverse business domains.

What you will be working on:

- Understand HDB’s business processes and collaborate with users to design and develop end-to-end solutions.
- Provide advice and assistance to business users in the effective use of application systems and information technology.
- Manage the development of application systems, ensuring projects are completed within budget and schedule.
- Design quality and functional solutions to ensure a good user experience.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in the production environment.
- Work closely with technical, solution, and information architects to ensure robustness and alignment with Enterprise Architecture.
- Produce technical documentation for application systems.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in IT, programming, and system design.
- Have a good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst with hands-on experience with SAP (SAP S/4HANA, ECC) or other ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., Financial Accounting, Material Management, Human Resources) to improve business processes.
- Experience in SAP project management or similar roles.
- Experience in SAP system configuration, implementation, and support.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies.
- Good attitude, driven, motivated, and a team player.
- Autonomous and takes ownership.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
- Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract initially.
