Tangspac Consulting Group is seeking a Business Analyst/Tester to join our Banking and Capital Markets team in Singapore. You will analyze requirements, drive functional specifications, and coordinate testing activities with business users across global markets.

The role focuses on SIT/UAT planning, executing system and regression tests, and documenting testing evidence, while supporting incident analysis and clear stakeholder communications with project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as BA or tester on a global markets system.
• Capital markets pricing and asset class experience preferred.
• Functional domain knowledge in Banking environments.

Responsabilités

• Functional analysis of new requirements and bugfixes.
• Produce Function Specification documentation.
• Plan SIT and UAT activities and coordinate testing with business users.
• Execute system and regression testing.
• Documentation of testing evidence
• Support troubleshooting and incident analysis; manage stakeholder expectations and project communications
