Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Analyst / Assistant System Analyst to support the analysis, development, and optimization of IT systems within a manufacturing environment. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, ensure application reliability, and support data-driven operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering business requirements and preparing system specifications for plating operations.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot MES-related systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth operations.

  • Provide application support and help minimize downtime for critical systems.

  • Aid in migrating legacy systems to modern platforms.

  • Develop and maintain solutions for machine data collection and Statistical Process Control (SPC) analytics.

  • Participate in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation, process workflows, and internal knowledge base.

  • Provide technical support to production and inspection department.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering and IT to enhance system functionality and user adoption.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computing, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in system analysis or application support.

  • Solid understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application support processes.

  • Hands-on experience in system development, configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) architecture and manufacturing workflows is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Effective communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, VBA, SQL databases, and reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI.

Note: The position (Assistant System Analyst or System Analyst) will be offered based on the candidate’s experience, technical skills, and demonstrated capabilities in system analysis and support.
