Job Objectives

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services, and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint to support our regional subsidiaries and branches worldwide. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to ensure a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions deliver transactional customer services while focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation, and straight-through processing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, and test applications.
  2. Handle requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specifications, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit testing and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, and provide post-implementation support and technical documentation.

Key Requirements:

  1. Support specific projects and application delivery as assigned.
  2. Collaborate with the Manager (ADM) on relevant technical matters within the project.
  3. Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer to the production team post-cutover.

Essential:

  • Commitment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application testing, development, and delivery.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong and assertive communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.

Good to have:

  • Experience working in a vendor environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience with AML (Actimize), specifically transaction monitoring.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle SQL.
  • Nice to have: Batch Scripting, Control M, DevOps.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and design solutions for applications.
  • Experience working with external application/user teams on end-to-end executions.
