Job description

Responsibilities:-

• Maintaining, upgrading current systems and identify systems requirement to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Responsible for analysis, problem resolution and user support for systems application.
• Plan, execute and examine all systems applications to ensure deliverables are within the scope, budget and schedule.
• Communicate with Head of Department to determine system requirements.
• Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features.
• Conducting regular reviews of the systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with IT and Developer pertaining to systems set-up, troubleshooting, etc.
• Coordinate training to users on systems and provide support to ensure users know how to use the systems.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of system SOP, user manual, administrator manual, etc.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices for system development.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
