Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage Windows Server environments, user access, and incident resolution. You will drive digital projects, functional testing, and go-live support for system rollouts, while overseeing validation activities and audits to ensure GMP-compliant operations.

You will collaborate with vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and provide Level 2/3 support, with emphasis on data integrity and system integration fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server administration and managing user access workflows.
• Practical SQL Server experience and ability to troubleshoot basic to intermediate queries.
• GxP compliance knowledge including ALCOA+ and 21 CFR Part 11 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system administration, user access management, incident troubleshooting, and RCA for all supported systems.
• Lead digital project execution with functional testing, UAT, and go-live hypercare for new rollouts.
• Manage full Computer System Validation lifecycle, including development/review, test management, and validation reports; support audits and change control.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for maintenance, issue resolution, upgrades, and provide tier 2/3 end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system administration, user access management, incident troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) for all supported systems




• Support & opportunity to lead digital project execution, including functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live hypercare for new system rollouts and upgrades




• Support & opportunity to lead the full Computer System Validation lifecycle (including development and review, test management, and validation summary reports), alongside compliance activities, internal/external audit support, CAPA management, and change control execution




• Coordinate with third-party vendors for system maintenance, issue resolution, and upgrade planning, and provide tier 2/3 end-user support for all supported tools

Requirements

• Proficiency in Windows Server administration, enterprise application management, and user access provisioning/revocation workflows




• Hands-on experience withMicrosoft SQL Server, including ability to write and troubleshoot basic to intermediate SQL queries for data retrieval and issue diagnosis




• Basic understanding ofAPI functionality, system integration patterns, and core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)




• Working knowledge of GAMP 5, GMP data integrity requirements, ALCOA+ principles, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11
