A technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting SharePoint On-premises environments. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. This role involves system maintenance, user management, and documentation. Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain SharePoint On-premises environments.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security settings
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint related issues
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates or patching, SSL renewal and backups
• Create and maintain SharePoint operation documentation
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements
• Support services and migration requests for Applications
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Server and Office online
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Understanding of information architecture and content management
• Knowledge of SharePoint security and compliance features
• Experience with SharePoint migration and upgrade processes
