Swim it Right in Singapore invites passionate coaches to join a flexible, student-focused program that values safety and progression.

You will conduct engaging swimming lessons, track attendance and progress, and follow established lesson plans with support from the operations team. Training and mentorship are provided to help you grow as an educator.

Open to both students and professionals seeking part-time or long-term coaching opportunities with flexible hours and locations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in at least 2 of the 4 basic strokes (Breaststroke, Backstroke, Freestyle, Butterfly).
• Enjoy interacting with children and adults.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in the pool.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
