Job summary

GIC is seeking a Senior Vice President, Information & Technology Risk (Infrastructure, Security & Resilience Risk Oversight) in Singapore. You will operate as part of the Second Line of Defence, leading independent oversight across technology risk, cyber risk, and operational resilience.

The role reports to the Head of 2LOD within the Chief Risk Officer organisation. You will provide expert guidance on infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and resilience risk, overseeing risk identification,

Qualifications

12–15 years of experience in technology risk management, information security, assurance, or audit management.
Deep expertise across infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity risk.
Strong understanding of regulatory expectations relating to cyber resilience and outsourcing.

Responsibilities

Provide independent oversight of technology risk across infrastructure, cloud, security and resilience domains.
Challenge first-line risk assessments, control testing and remediation actions.
Review third‑party technology risk and outsourcing arrangements.
Report risk exposures and remediation status to senior management and risk committees.
Collaborate with Internal Audit and assurance functions to ensure comprehensive coverage.
