Job description

We are partnering with a leading corporate and investment bank in Singapore to hire a Senior Vice President / Executive Director – Non-Financial Risk (NFR).

This is a strategic leadership role focused on shaping and executing the bank’s non-financial risk agenda, covering Operational Resilience, Regulatory Change Management, and Cross-Functional Risk Programs across APAC.

What You'll Do

• Lead the operational resilience strategy and ensure compliance with MAS and global regulations

• Oversee risk assessments, scenario testing, and business continuity planning

• Act as the senior escalation point for NFR incidents, including root cause analysis and remediation

• Monitor and implement regulatory changes across jurisdictions

• Lead regulatory readiness programs to ensure enterprise-wide compliance

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs on cross-border regulatory implementation

• Integrate risk frameworks into digital transformation and automation initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years in risk management within banking or financial services

• Deep understanding of Asia-Pacific regulations, especially MAS

• Proven delivery of large-scale regulatory or risk change programs

• Strong cross-functional engagement across front office, operations, compliance, and tech

• Prior experience in audit or regulatory bodies in Singapore/Asia is highly preferred

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills with stakeholder management capabilities at the senior level
