Responsibilities

• Lead a SWAT-style engagement team for rapid enterprise problem discovery and resolution.
• Own platform monetization strategy and value realization.
• Shape strategic partnerships to expand connectivity and the network ecosystem.
• Set the agenda for trend analysis, business model innovation, and creative culture.
• Build a culture of rapid innovation and cross-domain problem solving.
• Sponsor structured, end-to-end discovery and executive alignment workshops.
• Translate workshop outputs into decision-ready and delivery-ready artefacts.
• Align business, technology, risk, data, and governance leaders on decisions and next actions.
