Responsibilities

1. Execute the group sustainability strategy, including roadmaps, goals, targets, code of ethics, and global work processes for the value chain.
2. Stay updated on industry trends, risks, opportunities, and changes.
3. Operationalize sustainability initiatives related to social contributions and environmental impacts, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Lead the identification and implementation of international tools, standards, and guidelines such as the HIGG Index, UN Framework on Business and Human Rights, SDGs, GHG Protocol, ISO 26000, or similar.
5. Improve economic, social, and environmental impacts within the group’s global value chain.
6. Collaborate with relevant departments to promote sustainable practices.
7. Track key metrics and KPIs, and communicate achievements through corporate channels.
8. Manage budgets, costs, and daily operations schedules.
9. Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Business Management, Fashion Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
2. Preferably 1-3 years of experience in corporate sustainability and responsibility.
3. Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
4. Experience working within a matrix organization and influencing internal stakeholders on sustainability improvements.
5. Understanding of the fashion/retail value chain and its challenges.
6. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
7. Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the brand externally.
8. Passion for sustainability topics and results-driven attitude.
9. Experience in policy and document writing/review.
10. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
11. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
12. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, meticulous in work.
