Sustainability Projects Intern

As a GGC Intern, the primary goal of this internship is to provide a comprehensive learning experience for the student, equipping them with practical skills and knowledge in sustainability practices within our organization.

By the end of the internship, the intern should have a good understanding of sustainability principles, as well as hands‑on experience in implementing sustainable initiatives in a professional setting.

Roles & Responsibilities

Research and analysis

• Conduct research on current sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices relevant to GGC or client’s industry.
• Analyze data related to environmental impact and sustainability metrics.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for sustainability initiatives.

Project support

• Collaborate with the team to support ongoing sustainability projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability plans and strategies.
• Participate in meetings and discussions related to sustainability efforts.

Documentation and reporting

• Compile and organize data related to sustainability initiatives and activities.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on sustainability performance.
• Document best practices and lessons learned for future reference.
• Assist with developing a methodology for collecting data such as surveys, opinions, polls, or questionnaires.

Training and awareness

• Support the organization of training sessions and workshops.
• Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources.

Marketing and events

• Proactively support marketing campaigns, events, and lead generation campaigns.
• Assist in creation of written, video, image content for marketing channels such as emailers and social/digital media platforms.
• Support CRM platform.
• Preparing sales/marketing proposals and presentations based on the team’s needs.
