Job summary

Roche is offering a Sustainability Project Intern role in Singapore to support planning, execution, and implementation of sustainability initiatives. You will work with the project team on research, data analysis, coordination, and practical implementation within Roche's sustainability strategy.

The role involves site visits to laboratories and healthcare facilities, data gathering and validation, and preparation of reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sustainability and environmental initiatives.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willian to work at Singapore Kallang Avenue.
  • Able commit to a full-time internship (Monday to Friday, 5 days per week) for the entire internship period.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and implementation of sustainability projects to achieve project objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to customer laboratories and healthcare facilities to perform sustainability assessments, surveys, and data collection activities.
  • Gather, organize, and validate project data, including environmental and operational information, to support sustainability analyses and reporting.
  • Assist in analyzing data and identifying trends, opportunities, and recommendations to improve sustainability performance.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate project progress and findings.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project activities, meetings, and follow-up actions.
  • Support the development and implementation of sustainability tools, templates, and best practices to improve project efficiency.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance sustainability initiatives and customer engagement.
  • Assist with ad hoc sustainability projects, events, workshops, and other project-related activities as assigned.

The Position

The Sustainability Project Intern will support the planning, execution, and implementation of sustainability initiatives within Roche. The intern will work closely with the project team to contribute to research, data analysis, project coordination, and implementation activities.
