Position: Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership and support the development and implementation of S&HSE management systems and compliance programs at client sites.
  2. Collaborate with the JLL Site Team to establish and review S&HSE performance goals.
  3. Track and report S&HSE metrics, measure performance against KPIs, and develop plans to meet or exceed targets.
  4. Stay well-versed with local laws and guidelines to advise clients on legal changes.
  5. Ensure all sustainability data are tracked in formats agreed with clients.
  6. Brief vendors on data requirements and submission timelines.
  7. Be proficient with the technology platform to upload data timely.
  8. Analyze key sustainability metrics and provide variance analysis.
  9. Implement and oversee health and safety committees tailored to site needs.
  10. Evaluate hazards related to safety, health, and environmental risks on client sites.
  11. Develop and monitor environmental, health, and safety procedures to reduce risks.
  12. Establish regular inspection schedules and conduct audits for policy adherence.
  13. Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training sessions.
  14. Establish record management and retention policies per regulations and company standards.
  15. Assist in accident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.
