Job summary

SHINRYO CORPORATION is seeking a Sustainability Manager to oversee the Green Mark certification process and conduct energy audits while ensuring compliance with standards. The role includes preparing sustainability reports, managing client communications, and engaging in business development. Responsibilities

• Oversee the Green Mark certification process, ensuring project compliance with requisite criteria and standards while coordinating with BCA.
• Conduct on-site energy audits to identify potential opportunities for energy conservation measures, further contributing to the reduction of energy consumption.
• Perform on-site inspections and precise measurements of the building systems, including ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort systems, etc., to assess system performance and recommend enhancements.
• Prepare extensive sustainability reports encompassing gap analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance building performance, while also showcasing the financial benefits of sustainable practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and task execution, including delegation as needed, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Proactively engage in business development initiatives and provide essential administrative support to ensure the punctual submission of Tender/RFP/RFQ proposals, guaranteeing compliance with submission requirements.
• Attend site/tender briefings and conduct surveys as needed, actively pursuing new sales opportunities through follow-up and email correspondence.
