A reputable ACMV company in Singapore is looking for a skilled individual to manage Green Mark certification projects and conduct energy audits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2-5 years of experience in sustainability consulting or green building certification. Strong project management and communication skills are essential. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $6000 to $8500, depending on experience, in a vibrant work environment.

Basic : $6000 - $8500 (Depends on experience) + Bonus

Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm

Working Location: Commonwealth - MRT Walking Distance

Proven ability to manage Green Mark certification projects, conduct energy audits, and perform on-site inspections of building systems like ACMV and lighting.

Proficiency in report writing and familiarity with tender/RFP submission processes; Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) or equivalent certification is a plus.

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Manage the Green Mark certification process, ensuring projects meet all BCA standards and criteria through close coordination with relevant authorities.

• Conduct on-site energy audits to identify opportunities for energy conservation and reduction of overall consumption.

• Perform detailed inspections and measurements of building systems, including ACMV, lighting, and indoor comfort systems, to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.

• Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports featuring gap analyses and strategic recommendations to enhance building performance and demonstrate financial benefits.

• Serve as the main client liaison, managing project timelines, deliverables, and task delegation to ensure successful project completion.

• Support business development activities and administrative tasks related to timely submission of Tender, RFP, and RFQ proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements.

• Participate in site and tender briefings, conduct site surveys, and actively pursue new sales leads through follow-up communications and emails.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or related field, with 2–5 years of experience in sustainability consulting or green building certification (especially BCA Green Mark).

• Proven ability to manage Green Mark certification projects, conduct energy audits, and perform on-site inspections of building systems like ACMV and lighting.

• Strong project management, communication, and client liaison skills to ensure timely delivery and effective coordination.

• Proficiency in report writing and familiarity with tender/RFP submission processes; Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
