Job summary
A leading federation in Singapore is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator for a contract role. Qualifications

THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE
- Support the programme head in planning coordinating and executing sustainability awareness workshops and events and actively engage with participants to raise awareness of sustainability transformation efforts and government plans. Provide advisory and support to help interested participants integrate sustainable practices into their operations.
- Foster engagement with stakeholders, including government agencies, associations, technology and innovation companies, consultants, NGOs, academia and Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) players,). Stay informed about sustainability-related topics and developments and actively participate in relevant networks and forums
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute sustainability initiatives and projects. This involves gap assessment baseline identifying areas for improvement developing a roadmap allocating resources GHG measurement and monitoring progress to achieve sustainability goals.
- Organise and facilitate regular stakeholder engagement meetings to ensure effective communication, collaboration and progress towards sustainability objectives.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data management documentation and coordination of meetings and internal communications related to sustainability initiatives collect feedback from workshop participants evaluate the effectiveness of workshops and suggest improvements for future events. Use data and insights to continually enhance workshop content and delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in a relevant field, such as sustainability, environmental studies, business, or related disciplines
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in sustainability related field.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability concepts, ESG frameworks, and industry trends.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to support sustainability communication and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to contribute to the successful implementation of sustainability initiatives.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD, is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software.
