Job summary

Keppel Ltd. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented SCT Team lead with in-depth knowledge of carbon accounting, credit/offsets and reporting standards, and bio-fuel certification schemes such as the ISCC and RSB to join our Infrastructure team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering or Agriculture.
• Mandatory ISCC Basic Training (EU and PLUS); ISO or other sustainability certs are a bonus.
• Minimum 5 years in sustainability auditing, quality management, or supply chain logistics.
• Strong data analysis (Excel/AI) and excellent client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit management with external auditors, desk and on-site audits, and corrective actions.
• Verify chain of custody records and sustainability inputs/outputs.
• Calculate and review life-cycle emissions and ISCC principles adherence.
• Stay updated on EU RED II, CORSIA, and international fuel policies.
• Build a team to handle ISCC certification across projects.
• Guide suppliers/clients on ISCC EU/PLUS compliance and documentation.
• Travel for on-site audits as required.
• Prepare SCT commercial proposals with the BDP team.
