Job Description
Key Responsibilities

The Sustainability Business Partner, part of the Food Solution team, is responsible for partnering with the Food Solution BU to enhance performance in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) areas.

Reporting to the COO of FS Singapore & Thailand with a dotted line to the VP, Global ESG/Sustainability, the role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to plan, track, and report ESG initiatives. The Business Partner also serves as the secretary of the Food Solution ESG Council, chaired by the designated Sustainability Sponsor.

  • Lead the Food Solution ESG Council to ensure engagement and alignment with sustainability goals. Support the CEO in GMB/SSRMC meetings.
  • Manage ESG data collection and contribute to the annual Sustainability Report, highlighting Food Solution stories.
  • Develop tailored ESG roadmaps considering local context and regulations, with support from the Global ESG team.
  • Lead or support sustainability projects such as Project R, WasteMaster, FoodPrint, building modernization, and certification efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the regional Food Solution ecosystem.
  • Provide ESG expertise and support to SG Hub teams as needed.
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Sustainability, Business, or related; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years in project management, corporate transformation, or related fields, with at least 4 years in ESG roles.
  • Deep understanding of ESG principles, product carbon footprint, sustainable packaging, food waste, and lifecycle assessment.
  • Skills include excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, collaborative leadership, project management, results focus, analytical capabilities, and a passion for the food & beverage sector is a plus.
