Sustainability Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainability improvements.

• Assist in ensuring ESG compliance with relevant local regulations, company policies, and best practices.

• Provide support in sustainability reporting, including data collection, trend analysis, and insights for continuous improvement

• Prepare reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key insights and recommendations / areas for improvement.

• Promote active and broad participation of volunteers in all areas of the Company’s efforts in relation to sustainability and well-being.

• Work with the site team to review sustainability-related implementation/projects. Require occasional traveling to sites.

• Any other related tasks as assigned

Requirements

Education:

Relevant Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Architectural Technology / Sustainability or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of ESG regulations, environmental sustainability, and corporate sustainability reporting.

• Familiar with data analysis tools and ability to interpret sustainability data is an advantage.

• Knowledge of construction industry is a plus

Soft Skills: Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
