Your Mission (and Future!):

Your main focus will be crafting delicious Sushi & Sashimi for our customers. But more importantly, you'll be on a fast track to learning restaurant management with the potential to become a head of the outlet! For those who dream of independence and running their own shop, this is an incredible opportunity to gain the experience and skills you need within a successful and expanding group.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare tasty Sushi & Sashimi (must know basics: fish filleting, slicing sashimi, nigiri, rolls, shari prep).
• Keep your sushi area clean and organized.
• Help manage ingredients.
• Work well with our energetic team.
• Learn the ins and outs of restaurant management.

What You Need:

• Basic skills in fish filleting, sashimi slicing, nigiri preparation, sushi rolling, and shari making are ESSENTIAL.
• A burning desire to become a successful business person.
• Strong motivation and a proactive attitude towards learning.
• Conversational English (basic Mandarin Chinese is a plus).
• A positive and energetic personality.
• Ability to work well in a team.

What We Offer:

• Good Starting Pay: $2800 - $3900 (based on your current skills and potential).
