Qualifications

Pan Asian Chef

We are seeking a Commis 1 with prior experience in a Pan Asian kitchen setup and comprehensive knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine, especially Chinese cuisine, including dim sum and momos. The candidate should have experience handling kitchen responsibilities and taking leadership roles.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead, mentor, and manage the culinary team.
  2. Develop and plan menus and daily specials.
  3. Create prep lists for kitchen staff.
  4. Manage food costing and inventory.
  5. Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and presentation.
  6. Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment and work areas.
  7. Specialize in Chinese, Sushi, Asian, Thai, Japanese cuisines, including Dim sum, Hot Wok, and Seafood.
