Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Survey Engagement Executive to join our team! As a key player in our survey operations, you'll be responsible for driving objectives, ensuring timely and accurate data collection, and cultivating strong relationships with respondents.

Key Responsibilities
Survey Operations:
- Support Project Managers/Directors in achieving survey objectives
- Provide one-stop service to respondents for data collection
- Develop expertise in survey content, objectives, and deliverables
Data Collection:
- Conduct outbound calls, email correspondence, and personal visits
- Accurately compile, record, and input survey data
Data Analytics:
- Use data analytics tools to validate survey data
- Explore alternative data sources and imputation methods
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze data and produce reports with visualizations
- Present findings to stakeholders
Dissemination Strategy:
- Develop strategies to raise awareness of statistical products
- Ensure products meet diverse societal needs

Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in survey operations, data analytics, or related field
- Strong understanding of survey content and objectives
