Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a clinical/tech OR support specialist to assist surgeons using the company’s surgical technology. You will ensure readiness of instruments and implants, and provide technical and clinical guidance in the operating room.

The role requires valid SNB & BCLS with at least 2 years of operating theatre experience, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to compliance. Working Mon-Fri in One North, salary up to SGD 5,500 plus case allowances.

Qualifications

Min VALID SNB & BCLS with 2+ years operating theatre experience.
Experience supporting surgeons with medical technology.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows in the OR.

Responsibilities

Assist surgeons in performing surgical techniques using company technology.
Provide technical and clinical support when company's technology is used by surgeons.
Guide surgeons and OR personnel in the safe use of the company's technology.
Ensure instruments and implants are prepared and complete before use.
Build positive relationships with customers on behalf of Sales Leads.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to address them.
Maintain knowledge of product lines, updates, features and techniques.
Adhere to compliance policies at all times.
Assist the AD/SNM in coordinating and monitoring quality performance indicators.
