Are you an organised, people-oriented professional with a passion for education and community engagement? We are looking for a committed Programme & Events Executive to support the planning and execution of education programmes and events at SINDA.

In this role, you will coordinate programme operations, manage participant engagement, connect with community partners and ensure the smooth delivery of education services that benefit the Indian community in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme & Events Coordination

  • Handle operational and administrative matters such as student registration and document collation

  • Manage enrolment, fee collection, and attendance tracking

  • Respond to participant queries regarding programme/class commencement and education-related events

  • Provide accurate and timely information on SINDA’s education programmes

  • Support marketing and outreach efforts, including making calls, designing promotional materials, and preparing event collateral

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate programme information to stakeholders via email and phone

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate participation and partnerships

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all stakeholder interactions

Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the Education Management System

  • Comply with SOPs, financial regulations, and procurement guidelines

What You Bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau or Power BI is an advantage

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with data handling, project coordination, or education systems is a plus

Qualifications & Requirement:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Information/Data Management, or a related field

  • Familiarity with Singapore’s education landscape is an advantage.

  • Willingness to work weekday evenings and Saturdays (if required and compensated with time off)
