Our company is a travel agency specializing in overseas travel, headquartered in Japan, with overseas bases in 27 countries around the world.

We are the number one company in Japan in sending visitors to the Maldives, which is also very popular with honeymooners.

Currently, many travelers from Japan to the Maldives arrive on Singapore Airlines, and an increasing number of them also stop in Singapore.

With the desire to support such Japanese tourists, we opened a branch in Singapore in June 2024.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance and support to our Japanese tourist clientele, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and welcome Japanese tourists, catering to their unique needs and preferences.
2. Provide guidance and information about local attractions, transportation, and cultural activities.
3. Assist with translation and interpretation services to facilitate effective communication.
4. Coordinate and arrange any necessary services or bookings for the Japanese tourists.
5. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure the satisfaction of our Japanese clientele.

What We're Looking For

1. Fluency in Japanese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of our Japanese tourists.
4. Familiarity with Japanese culture and customs, and the ability to understand and cater to the unique preferences of our clientele.
5. A collaborative mindset and the willingness to work as part of a team to deliver the best possible experience.
