Job summary

EMSIL TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a customer technical support specialist to handle product enquiries, ensure accurate specifications, support current projects, and provide tooling solutions.

You will deliver technical support to production, engineering and maintenance teams, perform quality checks against specifications, and collaborate with suppliers on specifications and quality issues while offering sales and technical support across Asia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in manufacturing/industrial/mechatronics.
• Strong Excel and software proficiency.
• Good communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer technical product enquiries and ensure correct product specification.
• Involved and support current projects and provide solution to customer tooling requirement.
• Provide technical support to customer’s production, engineering & maintenance department.
• Quality checking on product received to ensure conformity to customer product specification.
• Communicate with suppliers for correct product technical specifications & quality issues.
• Provide Sales & Technical support to customers in Asian region
