A leading company in technical support is looking for a Support & Demo Specialist to conduct product demonstrations and assist clients. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to learn in an office setting. You will engage with clients, ensuring a seamless experience while managing inquiries and resolving issues.
Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site)

We are seeking a Support & Demo Specialist to conduct product demonstrations and assist clients with troubleshooting and queries. This is an office-based role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless client experience.
Experience or familiarity with troubleshooting, test and defect management, customer service, help desk tools, and technical support is desirable. Knowledge of software tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, MongoDB, Crystal Reports, and programming languages such as SQL and Node.js is a plus. Skills in networking, routers, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and CRM applications are also beneficial.
Full-time, Day shift, Monday to Friday, In-person at Ahmedabad
