Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Support & Demo Specialist to conduct product demonstrations and assist clients with troubleshooting and queries. This is an office-based role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct live product demos for clients, showcasing features and benefits.
  2. Provide technical support and guidance to resolve client issues effectively.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat promptly.
  4. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new features or updates.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  6. Document client interactions, feedback, and resolutions for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable using computers and the internet.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in an office-based role.
Additional Skills & Knowledge:

Experience or familiarity with troubleshooting, test and defect management, customer service, help desk tools, and technical support is desirable. Knowledge of software tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, MongoDB, Crystal Reports, and programming languages such as SQL and Node.js is a plus. Skills in networking, routers, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and CRM applications are also beneficial.

Job Type:

Full-time, Day shift, Monday to Friday, In-person at Ahmedabad
