Supply Planning Supervisor - Singaporean only!

Job Description

• Build production plans aligned with business objectives.

• Develop requirement plans to ensure plant operates per Afton’s planned requirements.

• Oversee set-up of planning activities for new blending operations.

• Manage import/export of components/products to support regional demand.

• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials within target ranges to ensure adequate supply without increasing working capital.

• Manage discussions regarding short to mid-term raw material capacity availability and constraints.

• Timely respond to changes in plans, updating material movement and highlighting impacts to the supply planning manager.

• Collaborate with regional planners to coordinate shared global resources and develop best practices.

• Support alignment of planning activities with logistics and procurement objectives.

• Participate in weekly global planning meetings, providing monthly updates on plant/unit status, production plans, capacity, transitions, and inventory.

• Oversee planning activities to align with regional/global business and operational requirements.

• Lead and implement process improvement and simplification initiatives.

• Lead regional scheduling best practices.

• Supervise Senior Supply Planning Coordinators.

• Support company quality and safety systems in day-to-day activities and formal feedback mechanisms.

Job Requirements

• at least 5 years or more of production planning experience

• SAP system is an advantage

• Monday through Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
