Join WSA in a senior leadership role as Supply Planning and Analytics Senior Manager, where you will provide strategic ownership of Integrated Business Planning across the organization, with a strong focus on capacity planning, service level optimization, and operational performance analytics. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with senior leaders across business, operations, program management, product, and finance to drive enterprise-level outcomes.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals across the Philippines and Singapore, fostering strong engagement, capability building, and disciplined execution of global initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in translating complex data and planning insights into informed decisions that strengthen network resilience and deliver sustained business results.

What you will do
  • Provide strategic leadership for network capacity planning across brands and geographies, ensuring optimal flow of goods and information
  • Lead the balance of supply and demand through robust long-term capacity planning and short-term execution to consistently achieve service level objectives
  • Drive data-informed decision-making by defining metrics, simplifying planning processes, and managing complex network capacity scenarios
  • Own and deliver a portfolio of cross-functional programs, partnering with Supply Planning, Commercial, and Operations teams to improve performance and resilience
  • Anticipate network risks and disruptions, developing contingency strategies to safeguard supply continuity and operational excellence.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline, with 7+ years of progressive supply planning experience
  • Deep expertise in capacity and inventory planning within complex, multi-geo supply networks, supported by IBP experience
  • Strong analytical leadership, leveraging advanced Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools to influence strategic outcomes
  • Proven people leader with experience driving results through cross-functional and matrixed organizations
  • Executive-level communicator and collaborator, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning diverse teams around shared objectives.
