Job summary

Bosch ASEAN is seeking a qualified Supply Planner to own and optimize supply planning and management for designated business units across APAC. You will drive collaborative planning processes to improve service levels by ensuring supply availability and KPI delivery within the S&OP framework.

This role requires coordinating with demand, order fulfillment and production teams, managing stock levels, and resolving shortages while adhering to global supply chain standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from a reputed institute/university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Demand/Source Planning in a complex multi-plant supply network.
• Experience in Demand forecasting, planning or analysis within global MNCs.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate/generate and compile supply plan after demand consensus.
• Validate supply requirements against demand and production plans.
• Collaborate with demand/order fulfillment and production teams to ensure supply availability.
• Analyze stock levels to ensure optimal supply and safe stock within inventory targets.
• Resolve supply escalations and expedite shortages.
• Ensure adherence to the S&OP process and support development of new processes.
• Perform ad-hoc data mining analyses and act as SME for new tool development/enhancement.
• Communicate effectively to influence across functions.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by Management.

This role is part of the Company Global Supply Chain Organization and will work together with other stakeholders to drive the supply planning of the S&OP process for APAC and deliver the KPIs. Key job responsibilities include managing Supply Plan Adherence, driving data efficiency and managing supply surplus and shortages.

Your tasks

What You Will Do

The Supply planner will own the Supply planning & management process to help designated business units to achieve higher service level through improving supply availability through collaborative planning process. This role is part of the Company Global Supply Chain Organization and will work together with other stakeholders to drive the supply planning of the S&OP process for APAC and deliver the KPIs. Key job responsibilities include managing Supply Plan Adherence, driving data efficiency and managing supply surplus and shortages.

This role is also critical to support global projects to standardize, streamline and align Supply planning process and measurement across the responsible entities.

How You Will Do It

• Consolidate / generate and compile supply plan after demand consensus.
• Validate supply requirements against demand plan and production plan.
• Collaborate with demand / order fulfillment and production team to ensure supply availability.
• Analyze stock levels to ensure optimal supply and safety stock to achieve higher service level within inventory target.
• Resolve supply escalation and expedite shortages
• Ensure adherence to S&OP business process and support development for new business processes.
• Perform ad-hoc data mining analysis and act as a subject matter expert for new tool development and enhancement
• Able to communicate effectively to influence across functions with stakeholders.
• Able to perform ad-hoc assignment and tasks as assigned by Management.

What We Look For

• Preferably completed tertiary studies in Bachelors in Business / Engineering from an Institute/University of repute
• Relevant experience in Demand or Supply Planning process in a complex multi plant supply network.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience in reputed Organizations (Global MNCs) with relevant experience in Demand planning, forecasting or analysis.
