A leading company in the semiconductor industry is looking for a Supply Planner to manage end-to-end supply chain activities for their photonics portfolio. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and supply capabilities, with a focus on delivering on-time and in full while optimizing inventory levels. A minimum of 1 year of planning experience and relevant education are required for this position.
Job objectives
We are seeking a highly capable Supply Planner to lead cross-functional supply planning activities for our photonics portfolio. This role will manage the end-to-end supply chain across internal wafer fabrication (FAB), assembly and test (ATP), and subcontracted manufacturing (CM/OSAT). A critical component of this role is seamless integration with Demand Planning, ensuring forecast alignment with supply capabilities, material readiness, and manufacturing execution.
You will be responsible for translating demand forecasts into executable supply plans, ensuring capacity, material, and production schedules are aligned to deliver on-time, in full (OTIF), with optimized inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Collaborate closely with the Demand Planning team to translate forecasts into actionable supply plans across FAB, ATP, and subcontractors.
· Develop and manage the integrated supply plan based on demand signals, available capacity, material constraints, and build priorities.
· Coordinate production material requirements with Merchandising / Operations teams to assure adequate inventory of raw materials and packaging components
· Coordinate production schedules with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and OSAT partners; ensure timely PO release and order fulfillment.
· Define and maintain optimal buffer strategies across FAB, ATP, and CM locations to balance lead times, risk, and service levels.
· Partner with Demand Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality to support planning for new products, yield changes, and design revisions.
· All other reasonable duties, as assigned.

Minimum Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Planning
Specific Knowledge / Skills
Possesses good communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, Quality and Operations.
