Job description

Senior Executive - Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure that the company policies are adhered to when carrying out the procurement activities to meet cost savings targets and business’ objectives.

· Quantified and ensure that a pool of preferred vendors is in place to support operational requirements.

· Support the Operations team in the full spectrum of procurement process from sourcing to contracts management.

· Manage all procurement related contracts and contractors’ relationships for all sites under the specified Strategic Account.

· Attend to sites' feedbacks and assist in resolving problems with suppliers,

· Act as the strategic sourcing lead in specified categories of purchases to establish group contract/s for the Company by conducting spend analysis, demand aggregation, devising strategies to negotiate and contract with suppliers to achieve the desired outcomes.

· Manage and control food costs at targeted level.

· Participate in projects for new sites’ biddings and mobilizations.

· Conduct tender management.

· Any other Ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

· 3-5 years of proven food and beverage experience.

· Strong in Cost saving, negotiation, and sourcing preferably instrategic sourcing and category management

· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power point, System Software

· Possess good analytical and Communication Skill

· Good time management, resourceful and able to perform under tight deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.

· Up to date with Food and Beverage market trends and best practices.

· Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree related to Food/Supply Chain.
