Job Responsibilities:

  1. Logistics Management:

    • Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

    • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

    • Ensure Complete Documentation Process in line with Company SOP.

    • Coordinate with logistics service providers to optimize delivery schedules and routes.

  2. Demand Planning and Forecasting:

    • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.

    • Analyse demand trends and supplier fulfilment data to forecast demand accurately.

    • Adjust forecasts based on changing market conditions and customer requirements.

  3. Inventory Management:

    • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.

    • Implement inventory control procedures to reduce waste and improve accuracy.

    • Conduct regular inventory audits and eliminate discrepancies.

  4. Supply Chain Optimization:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the supply chain.

    • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement.

  5. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.

    • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop contingency plans.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on Logistics Management and Demand Planning.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
