Key Responsibilities:
Manage supply chain and material management projects from planning to completion
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and production teams
Plan material requirements based on production schedules and forecasts
Track inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure performance and compliance
Monitor and manage project timelines, costs, and resources
Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement
Lead or support cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and inventory management
Support ERP system usage and ensure accurate material records
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management
Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality of materials
Support budgeting and cost-control efforts for material-related projects
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Drive continuous improvement in supply chain and material handling processes
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
Experience in supply chain or materials project management, preferably from manufacturing industry background
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and inventory tools
Candidate who is able to start within short notice will be an added advantage
