Job description

Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Our client, a leading company in the semiconductor industry, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to assist with supply chain planning and warehouse management.

Location: Upper Changi

Salary: Up to $4500

Contract Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure SAP access to verify warehouse stock levels.
2. Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle.
3. Determine material requirements based on engineering and production schedules.
4. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering to facilitate efficient material movement.
5. Develop specifications for new contract orders.
6. Plan weekly production schedules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quarterly build plans.
7. Perform transactions using SAP.
8. Liaise with buyers regarding material shortages and deliveries.
9. Align daily shipment scheduling with manufacturing and logistics.
10. Participate in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
11. Work with business users to understand their needs and develop dashboards and applications using Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
